What areas do you service?
We photograph listings across Toronto, the GTA and Durham Region, including our core service area from Oakville to Oshawa and north toward Newmarket. If your listing is outside the usual area, send us the address and we’ll let you know what is practical.
How do I book a shoot?
Use the Book a Shoot page and send us the property address, preferred date and the services you need. You can also call, text or email. Your requested date and time are confirmed directly with you before the appointment is locked in.

We work seven days a week. Availability varies by date, location, daylight and the services required, so send us your preferred time and we’ll confirm what works. Our regular contact hours are 9:00am–7:00pm Monday through Sunday.
What does the homeowner need to do before the appointment?
The biggest help is having the home clean, decluttered and ready before the photographer arrives. Our Prepare for Your Shoot page gives agents and homeowners a simple room-by-room checklist.

What comes with the $149 Photography + Tour service?
The standard Photography + Tour includes 40 professional real estate photographs, MLS-quality and print-quality files, a hosted property photo tour and same-day photo delivery.

Social Media Video is our simple $20 option for quick social-media sharing. Reels are $100 short-form vertical videos with a more produced social-media edit. For a full property presentation, choose an interior walk-through video or aerial video; either is a $200 add-on to Photography + Tour, or combine both as a $300 video add-on.

Yes. Our 3D Tour is the click-through, self-guided walk-through experience that lets buyers move through the home online.
Services & Pricing →How many photographs will I receive?
Our standard Photography + Tour includes 40 professional photographs. The exact number can vary slightly when the property genuinely needs more or fewer images to represent it properly.

Photography is delivered the same day as the shoot. Video and 3D processing take longer and are added as soon as processing is complete; allow up to roughly 36 hours when required.

Same day photo delivery. Next day where extra processing is necessary.
What files do I receive?
Photography is supplied in both MLS-ready and print-quality versions. You also receive the hosted property-tour link so the listing can be shared online.
How long does the hosted property tour stay online?
Hosted property tours remain online for six months and can be renewed if the listing needs to stay active longer.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
There is no cancellation charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee. Full terms are in the Service Agreement.

Can I add aerial, video, Reels, floor plans or Virtual Staging?
Absolutely. Start with photography, then add only the media that makes sense for the listing. Standard photography also includes blue-sky replacement when needed. Current options and pricing are kept together on the Services & Pricing page.
