A Virtual Tour can be thought of as a slideshow walking tour of your home, detailing the special features and overall layout of your property, both inside & out. However there is a lot more to it than that and so we've answered some of our most commonly asked questions below. What areas do you service?

We service the entire GTA - from Oshawa to Oakville to Richmond Hill and all points in between. Have a listing outside of the area? We do those too! We simply charge a small extra fuel fee.


How do I schedule a Tour?

Tours can be scheduled by phone, text or email. Either way we'll be in touch to finalize your appointment.


When can I schedule a Virtual Tour for?

We schedule tours 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm.


What does the homeowner need to do to get ready?

Head on over to our Tour Preparation page to make sure your clients are ready to have their homes looking as good as possible when our photographer arrives.


What if I have to reschedule an appointment?

There is no charge for cancelling an appointment with 24 hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice could result in a 25$ rescheduling fee. To learn more about our service agreement click here.


How many pictures can I expect to have?

Our most popular packages come with between 25 - 50 High Definition photos of your property. Depending on the size of your property, this number may be higher or lower. Learn more about our Virtual Tour packages here.


When can I expect my Virtual Tour to be posted online?

Your Tour will be uploaded on the same day as your photo shoot.


When will my Virtual Tour Expire?

Your virtual tour will expire after a six month period. Each virtual tour can be renewed on a biannual basis.


Can I place a link to a map of the property location on my Tours?

For all of our hosted packages a detailed map of the property location is automatically generated as part of your Tour.


Where can I go to see my Tour? What if I want to place it on another website?

We will supply you with the link to your Virtual Tour as well as provide you with a link to download your photos in both medium and print quality so that you can place them onto your website, realtor websites, printed materials or anywhere else that you please.
